Empowering Dealers and Enhancing the Winnebago Brand

Locate a Dealer was a project that came at an important time during Winnebagoโ€™s lifecycle as a brand - during Covid. It became clear that Winnebago customers needed more robust online tools to facilitate their shopping experience. With brands like Thor and Airstream wanting as much of Winnebagoโ€™s market share as possible, doing nothing was not an option.

This was the first project my agency and I awarded as a way to see if there was a future partnership. Taking Winnebago leadership through this process became the cornerstone of value for this relationship. Dealer leads increased as much as 80% after the launch of Locate a Dealer in the US and Canada. Simultaneously, our agency secured a future working with the largest RV manufacturer in the business. As a founding member of our little agency, this security paid salaries, allowed us to hire, and showed our capabilities in a huge organization.

Pattern Library

I began to craft the visual style of the website. To ensure consistency and help speed up design and development, I created a pattern library.

Final Designs

Here are the final designs and layouts for the desktop experience. I worked closely with developers to create workable designs and then implement them. We had a 2 week UAT and QA sprint where we prepared for the US & Canada launch.
